As a small business owner of several decades, I know firsthand how important these businesses are in making a city successful. I will work hard as Texas continues to grow to make sure Sugar Land is positioned to welcome new businesses and give them opportunities to grow and thrive here. When businesses succeed we all succeed.
CONVENIENCE IS VITAL
I am committed to addressing the serious issue of heavy traffic in District 1, particularly the long lines of cars between West Airport, Eldridge, and West Bellfort. This congestion poses a significant challenge for residents, making it difficult for them to enter their neighborhoods. I will work diligently with local traffic control. businesses and schools to build a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
PROTECT OUR PETS
There have been many tragic incidents
involving small pets falling into the catch basins (large
drain holes with sidewalks) that line the streets of our
community. It is unacceptable that these sewers pose a
danger to our beloved companions. I will prioritize the installation of protective grills on these sewers to prevent such incidents and ensure the safety of our furry friends.
